Somatic Pathways & Creative Landscapes
with Diana Lara & Joy Cosculluela

Seasons changing, weather patterns rising and falling, external events stirring within us.

Exploring how our bodies sense and respond to the shifts happening within and around us.

How do we embody transitions mindfully?  What resources can we find within to support us?

Somatic Pathways and Creative Landscapes is a practice group that intends to promote improvisation based on somatic explorations. We explore how we can restore and nourish our energies.

Diana Lara (Body-Mind Centering practitioner and registered somatic movement therapist, and Joy Cosculluela (Tamalpa Life-Art practitioner and registered somatic movement educator) will offer scores to awaken the awareness and expression of the different systems of the body.  Tuning in to sensations from our bones/ muscles/ nerves/ organs/ fluids and other body systems, we awaken creative impulses. With improvisation, we activate our capacity for discovery and embodied expression. Drawing/ writing integrate our experience.
